The Market is hosting 4 special events and one market/craft fair this year.

Annual Spring Meeting: March 28th, 5 pm at the Extension Office

First Day of Spring: March 20

Market Opens : April 26, 2008


Garden Party- May 31
The Market hosts a spring fling for the garden-mad, including a raffle of baskets of vendor-donated market goodies and live music.

Last spring frost: June 5?

Sustainable-Green Festival- June 21 Highlighting sustainable energy, with representatives of New Leaf Magazine from Cd'A, and Mike Oehler will have display models of solar greenhouses.  Plus live music, powered by the sun!

Kids' Day- July 19
Our children's day has become a big favorite with kids & adults alike, with garden-themed activities for the kids plus children-themed music. 

Garlic Festival- August 30
A garlic recipe contest is the centerpiece of this popular festival.  Download the rules for entry here, and come join us; there will be music, prizes, and garlic galore.

Last Day of Market- Harvest Festival- October 4
A roundup of fall produce, scarecrow-costume contest, live music.
